William O. Perkins lll
William O. Perkins lll is the founder and president of Small Ventures USA, LP (SMV), a private equity and venture capital firm based in Houston, Texas, and founded in 1997.
Mr. Perkins has more than a decade of experience in energy derivatives trading for AIG, El Paso Energy and Statoil. He is currently a significant market participant for Centaurus Energy.
Mr. Perkins has produced a number of films under his production company, Lleju Productions and Films, including After.Life, The Chameleon and Road Kill.
Mr. Perkins received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iowa where he also played for the Hawkeye’s football team. He currently resides in Houston with his wife and two children and is an active participant in the Save the Children charitable organization.

Kayla D. Bruzzese
Kayla D. Bruzzese is the Chief Financial Officer of Small Ventures USA, LP. Ms. Bruzzese joined SMV in July, 2007. She previously was a Senior Manager with Margolis, Phipps & Wright, P.C., a firm of certified public accountants.
Ms. Bruzzese graduated from Texas Lutheran University with a B.A. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a Minor in Spanish. She is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Houston Chapter of the TSCPA, the Houston Wealth Advisory Forum and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Bruzzese and her husband reside in Houston.

Omar Haneef
Omar Haneef is the Chief Investment Officer at Small Ventures USA, LP. Mr. Haneef joined SMV in December 2008. Previously, he was Vice President in the Global Special Situations Group at Citigroup. In that capacity, he was part of a team that valued and purchased exotic assets and securitized them into the capital markets. Prior to Citigroup, he managed an Analytics group at MetLife. He has also been a consultant and a researcher in Neural Networks.
Mr. Haneef earned his B.S. in Engineering from Swarthmore. Additionally, he has a M.S. in Computer Science and a M.A. in Cognitive Psychology from Rutgers University. Finally, he has an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Mr. Haneef currently resides in Houston.
